I am sorry, I don't want to run prerelease versions, and Digikam 0.9.1 isn't prerelease. It follows with Kubuntu 7.04 and is installed with the Adept manager. At first startup it crashes with signal 11. So the setup in the repository must be definitely wrong! The version on Kubuntu 6.06 worked

I have tried once more, installed the system from CD and tried to start Digikan once more. Same happens, crashes before it comes up, with signal 11. The dump-log is as follows: (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1". (no debugging symbol
