I can switch workspaces up, down left and right in Saucy. Moving an application
from one workspace to another only works from left to right but doesn't work up
and down.
shift + ctrl + alt + left/right = works!
shift + ctrl + alt + up/down = broken!

I haven't messed with keybindings. This is still present in Saucy updated as of
yesterday.
To test, install clean Saucy && upgrade. Enable workspaces, then try to use
Ctrl-Alt Down.
