Hi,
I am using Ubuntu 13.04 64 bit.
It also gives the same error, but it works just fine.
$ hardinfo
sh: 1: /lib/libc.so.6: not found
sh: 1: gnome-about: not found
sh: 0: -c requires an argument
sh: 0: -c requires an argument
FYI. the libc.so.6 library located at /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6
