Forgot about this bug report. ICQ definitely works with
Ubuntu 14.04

It also worked with Ubuntu 13.10 at some point but I can't tell since
which version anymore.

Even if I manage to add an ICQ account to Ubuntu 13.04/Empathy (see

not connecting. Empathy just keeps showing the little circle in the top
right corner, indicating it is trying to connect.
