After upgrading to last Kubuntu 13.10 release, I found Fn+Left works
correctly. Thanks. With kernels 3.11 and 3.12 also.

After updating BIOS to A17 ambient light sensor started to work but first
Fn+Left pushing still switching Touchpad off and this is WRONG and should be
fixed.
Any additional info, please ask.
