Thank you for posting this bug.
In Maverick, installed it, opened it via Applications -> Games -> Cgoban,
clicked "New Game" button, in new window clicked Ok button,
then tried to resize and app crashed. However, everytime after that I performed
the same procedure it did not crash again. Markin
I have an Acer Aspire 1410, and I get crashes (CGoban) after altering
the window size, and /or maximizing. Might I marvel that it seems
awfully odd that one would even consider closing this bug topic. It is a
silly bug and should be fixed. I had the same issue 4 years ago on a
toshiba and I forget
I can confirm this on Ubuntu 9.10 NBR running on a Samsung NC10.
command cgoban does:

I'm having the same problem on 9.10 netbook remix (on Asus EeePC). After
installing cgoban from aptitude and trying to run it, it crashes with
the following error immediately after selecting board size.

I can also confirm this is still an issue. It's particularly annoying
on the Netbook Remix, where Maximus forces the crash.

If you're using i810, can you please test if switching to the -intel
driver in Gutsy resolves this particular issue? If so, then the fix for
135141 will fix this bug as well.
