With the latest Ubuntu 13.10 kernel 3.11.0-7 there are no packeges loss,
but sometims ping time is jumping from 1-5 ms to 90-120 ms.
Should I mark this bug as fixed?

I tested this adapter on kernel v3.9-rc5
Situation is a bit better, about 3-10% packages lost . But still not
fully fixed
