There's been a change although not for the better!
Yesterday I upgraded one of my feisty boxen to gutsy (as usb automount
doesn't work on either I may as well have the newer version to see what
is going on and gutsy is due soon) upon installation / upgrade yesterday
I was able to mount my drive wi
My USB hard drive is still not being auto-mounted with Kubuntu Gutsy
Tribe 5 i386 (running live)
If I do fdisk-l I can see it but no automagic happening

I have the same problem since i use Feisty. I have tested two different Toshiba
drives with several file systems and interfaces.
Automount doesn't work at all and when i manually mount the drives, they are
write protected.
Anyway, thank you for working on (k)ubuntu...
