Using picasa 2.7 with hardy this works with gtk-window-decorator and
emerald, closing bug.

i also run into this same problem with a firefox extesion called clipy.
after clipping a website i can clicka button to save the clips and it
opens a new window, but none of the controls liek i said above work...
