I've been playing with powertop today, very easy to compile, just a
single make file. It shows the C states stats but says: "No detailed
statistics available; please enable the CONFIG_TIMER_STATS kernel
option"
It also recommends you enable the CONFIG_NO_HZ kernel configuration
option for best per
Powertop 1.1-3 is already in the NEW queue.

That's not a reason for not sync it.
Either Debian will package it, and we'll automatically sync it, or we will
package it.
But Debian has 1.1 at the moment, and we are based on Debian (and we sync
packages from Debian).
