i have reinstalled feisty and the trouble is gone
now i using qemu with kqemu module and have no any problem
previous i upgraded from dapper to feisty have installed
Virtualbox versions 1.3.x 1.4.x are known to run in trouble on dualcore systems
i no more using them

thank you for reporting this issue. Just a wild guess: Where does
/bin/sh point to? Do a "ls -l /bin/sh" to find out.
One hint: please attach long text output rather than pasting it inline.
The latter make the whole report so much harder to read.
