Resolved in LibreOffice 5.0/Wily as all themes depend on galaxy as fallback.

This still a problem. I have tried updating to LibreOffice 4.4 from the
PPA but that didn't fix the issue with the help files. This is really
annoying and frustrating.
Here is what I have installed for libreoffice:
jnicholson@jhnlt001:~$ dpkg -l libreoffice*
Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge
I installed the libreoffice-style-galaxy package, and some of the
documentation images show up now, but there are still some images
missing in the help.

As a workaround, installing the libreoffice-style-galaxy package seems
to do the trick.. Perhaps the icons you get this way are not in the
intended style, but they convey the intended meaning and makes the help
system look less broken.

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with a HP AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 840T Processor × 4, using 32
bit.
I confirmed this as I got the same screen shot.
