I don't know how to do a rebuild of openoffice.org-l10n, sorry.
Upstream, there is slightly less than 70% of the exec translated but I don't
want to spend time uploading the po files before I'm really sure it will have
effect.

The easiest way to deal with that problem is to do a rebuild of
openoffice.org-l10n with the Occitan translations you have done. It
appears that only ~ 16% of Ubuntu is translated into Occitan which is
probably why there are no language-support packages yet.
