Sounds like you should forward this in to nvidia. It only seems yo be
happening on your hardware.

I run the newest Raring. After installing latest updates, application
windows are often drawn in black. Moving the mouse and typing stuff
causes updates to affected parts and they are then drawn correctly. The
rest of the window remains black.
