Hm, indeed. Looks like currently when a Debian bug is marked as done, it
is interpreted as Fix Released regardless of why it was marked done, see
bug 1413304 for more details.
Since the package has been removed from Debian (and in turn recent
Ubuntu releases) I've added the needs-packaging tag sin
The "Fix Released" comment for Debian is untrue. The Debian bug was
auto-closed when the package was removed from Debian unstable.
