A workaround:
Open "Panel Settings" and switch to "Advanced". By default, the value of
"Terminal Emulator" is "lxterminal -e ", remove "-e", then shortcuts should
work.
This is because another "-e" is added to the command so that the actual
command would be "lxterminal -e -e ...".
