Unduplicate again. Although this bug is connected to bug #57755, it's not fixed
yet as the fix for bug 57755 fixes it only for some SCM smart card readers but
not the Omnikey 4040.
What needs to be checked is if a similar fix works for the Omnikey 4040 too.

I got it to work with the following fixes that I got inspiration from on
the site
https://www.fsfe.org/en/fellows/tyrael/fsfe_card_complete_gnupg_ssh_login_how_to
I added the line
SUBSYSTEM=="cardman_4040", GROUP="scard", MODE="0660"
to /etc/udev/rules.d/50-pcscd_ccid.rules
Then I added a group
I had the same problems in edgy but it could be resolved by ejecting and
inserting the card again.
But now after a clean install of feisty I can't get it to work.
