Accepted debootstrap into quantal-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at
http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/debootstrap/1.0.42ubuntu0.1 in a few
hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Adam, I have uploaded your debootstap 1.0.39ubuntu0.2 to precise-
proposed (with raring changed back to a symlink as the patch tool cannot
express symlinks).
