I'm not sure this bug is still current. The test case seems out of date,
the app behaviour has changed and the theme has changed.

This appears to be theme dependent. Its fine with "Adwaita" and the
HighContrast ones. But fails with "Radiance" and "Ambiance".

Focus ri
It appears that its Gtk.render_focus() is simply no longer drawing a
frame or anything like this. A workaround would be:
