Yes, it was on Feisty also. I modified the resume file by hand. Since
then, I upgraded my distro twice without a complete re-install. So I
can't say if this pb occures again...

I confirm this. The file /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume is not
automatically filled by UUID of the swap partition
