Just to confirm the fix is not in the latest 3.2 stable, can you test
the following kernel:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.2.33-precise/
If the bug still exists in v3.2.33, we will want to test some of the
v3.3 release candidates to find the first one that introduced the fix.

After some time testing "3.3.0-030300-generic", I haven't got this bug.
I've experimented some screen freeze but not any kernel crash.

I'd like to perform a reverse bisect to figure out which commit upstream
fixes this regression. It would be very helpful to know the last kernel

I made a clean install, not upgrade. I had got random crash with previus
versions of the kernel , but I don't know if it was the same bug. I made
a memtest, but no errors found.
I think that since 3.0.x versions, my computer have crashes and freezes.
I'll try what you comment.
Thanks.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
kernel version where you were not having this particular problem? This
will help determine if the problem you are seeing is the result of the
introduction of a regression, and when this regression was introduced.
