About Fn-F6 I don't think it's a annoying bug.. with the latest asus-acpi the
brightness applet work.
Well, I think that's too much work for a key.
It's possible to fix it by default?

You received this bug notification be
This notebook have a broken DSDT table, as result Fn+F6 button does not
work at all. There are two possible solution for a problem:
* ping ASUS for bugfix (i post a bug, but get "Linux is not supported")
* fix DSDT table manually according to this post, then patch your kernel to
support DSDT load
Also Fn+F6 don't work.
The Fn+F5 work (low Brightness)
The Fn+F6 don't work (Increase Brightness)
I think this Is a critical bug, and very annoying..

The patch includes both the asus-wireless-2 event file and the related script.
You have to put the sh file in /etc/acpi and the other in /etc/acpi/events.

Hey,
How do I test that ? I mean, how can I use the asus-wireless patch ? I
just have to create the .sh files that are in the .patch text file ? and
then, I run the script ?
