Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Thunderbird.
You made this bug report in 2007 and there have been several versions of Ubuntu
and Thunderbird since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
I have also experienced the same problem: when using reply to or reply all the
to and cc fields are left blank.
This problem surfaced with the update of Thunderbird from v24.6.0 to v31.0.
I believe that some plug-ins causes this situation to happen.
When I disable all plug-ins before installin

I've just started seeing a similar bug on Gutsy - not sure if it's the
same one. It only happens with e-mails from a certain person (who, as it
happens, runs Thunderbird on Windows). If I hit "Reply", I get my own
address in the To box instead of hers. I have looked at the message
headers and can't

I cannot confirm this bug. I tried replying to several messages and the
field was blank in none of the cases. What I did notice was that the
field is not filled in until the new reply message has been fully
rendered. Are you sure you are waiting long enough (if you start to
