Accepted compiz into quantal-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at

decorator only crashes when using oxygen theme.

Trace is incomplete and does not look much kde-workspace related to me.
That is to say since there is no information other than it going kaboom
in the oxygen lib I must assume the kaboomness is caused elsewhere and
only makes oxygen explode.
