Sorry, it is too late… I formatted my partition and I reinstalled Edgy!
I can't send any more information about this bug.
However, I found why the system didn't restart. I've understand when I've
reinstall edgy :
My hards disks (2 SATA disks) contain other distributions (Suse and Windows
XP). A
I'm especially interessted in the /var/log/dist-upgrade/term.log file :)

Thanks for your bugreport.
It looks like the failure is that the apmd prerm script fails, I
reassign to apmd.
Can you please attach the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade ? This will
help us diagnose the problem.
