I ripped out the DVD-RW when the tray opens shortly. It then
retracts...and... k3b does this:

:-( /dev/hdb: media is not recognized as recordable DVD: 0
fatal error at startup: wrong medium type.
LOL, there is NO medium, the tray is empty. Can a software behave
still not fixed upstream. Besides the trick to generate first the image, I will
see if there is a way to configure k3b to execute some script when ejecting the
disk.
