The Ubuntu Kernel Team is planning to move to the 2.6.27 kernel for the
upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release. As a result, the kernel team would
appreciate it if you could please test this newer 2.6.27 Ubuntu kernel.
There are one of two ways you should be able to test:
1) If you are comfortable

wondering if you can still reproduce this issue. Could you please
download and try the new version of Ubuntu from

Update from 2.6.20-13 to 2.6.20-14 broke Suspend on Sony Vaio S4m.
Worked fine before. Except for the ubuntu modules I use self compiled
modules from VMware Server 1.0.2 and NVidia 1.0-9631.
