Deinstallation of all the russian language-packs and helps didn't help

I haven't applied no additional patches.
What is quickstarter and where could I find it?
The update of OpenOffice to 2.2.0-1ubuntu2 didn't help - couldn't start
it.
But I have catched a crash - see the attachment:
