Hi yannick, sorry for keeping you in the dark. What I meant is the following 1. please blacklist the usb_storage module 2. as root (or use sudo): "rmmod usb-storage" 3. Plug in an USB stick On 11.10 the USB stick would not be detected and on 12.04 the module is loaded nevertheless and the stick

I have the same problem on Ubuntu 12.04. I've tried to blacklist both "usb-storage" and "usb_storage" either by adding them to blacklist.conf or by creating a new .conf-file with the entries. But the module keeps getting loaded on boot anyway. -- You received this bug notification because you are
