Those files are used to configure LXDM to be used by default on Lubuntu.
I don't see any reason to remove them, since people may want to use LXDM
instead of lighdm.

At least for me, /etc/default/lxdm.conf is not a file, it is a symlink,
pointing to /etc/alternatives/lxdm.conf -- which is itself a symlink
that points to /etc/xdg/lubuntu/lxdm/lxdm.conf
So there is actually only one such configuration file. We're just using
the alternatives system to manage it.
There's a third file:
/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf
If Lubuntu is now using lightdm, then if it is possible lxde and its
files should be cleaned out of the way.
