Actually the same reason applies. 14.10 is not the development release
of Ubuntu, we are currently developing 15.04 and only that release of
Ubuntu sends crash reports to Launchpad.

The crash reports are sent to errors.ubuntu.com however a new bug report
is not automatically opened in Launchpad as 12.04 is no longer the
development release of Ubuntu.
