I had this same issue. I installed it, looked at the content of this file, and assumed that "default" meant "default". I was only able to fix the situation after changing "CRON_DAILY_RUN" to "true" as described, and I also set "CRON_DB_UPDATE" to "true". This is a bug, as no rational person with an
