It didn't help. I tried booting without any special parameters and it
doesn't work. (But I didn't try with only acpi=off or with only
nolapic.) I thought photo of screen can help, because kernel complains
about some incorrect checksum (as it did before).

it happens:
- no additional parameters -> won't boot
- acpi=off AND nolapic -> boots (wifi and resolution errors, but it doesn't
matter).
