It turned out to be a very strange problem with our network.
You could browse the web but you couldn't download big files (more than
5 or 10mb) cause they got corrupted.
That is the cause of:
"bzip2: Data integrity error when decompressing.

Can you execute "sudo apt-get install -f" and then try again the package
update?
