I just upgraded to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and the following behavior appeared:
- Open a window
- Maximize the window
- Click on the top bar (the one displaying the date and time, battery level,
etc.)
=> The window is un-maximized and the top half of the screen is highlighted in

User jailed using gnome-terminal fullscreen

How to reproduce the bug:
- Open gnome-terminal and set full screen mode (F11)
- Execute $> gpg -d ./file
- After the input box pops up, click on the terminal
I can't use the keyboard anymore, I can't right click, I'm stuck.
First way out: manual reboot.
Hack around: maybe ss
