I upload the full log.
More clues about the issue:
I tried five times to do the operation, all of them show the same problem.
I even tried to move the workdir to other place, instead of /tmp/, but still
showing the same error.
I tried to do chmod 777 for the directory of workdir/chroot/,
upload the result of "apport-collect 2081178". the issue like this:

unable to clean up mess surrounding './etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10periodic' before
