Have the same overheating problem on all my Lenovo laptops.

intel_pstate is not solving the problem. But I noticed it only overheats
when watching videos in fullscreen mode.

It doesn't only affect Searchmonkey. I have the same problem when
Nicotine+ is open. If you try to open the gnome-system-monitor it
crashes immediately. I attached a stack trace for this.
