This was the error on screen during dist upgrade from Trusty Tahr, for

This seems wrong - boot device is mission-critical.. a uuid is (in my
opinion) far more reliable than using a serialized drive name (which
could change based on disk order in the system, e.g. if the hard drive
were moved to another SATA or SAS port).

On the surface, it seems like this is something we could check for in
the libvirt driver and skip the soft reboot timeout cycle if ARM64. The
question I have is, which architecture fields does "ARM64" map to in

/etc/apparmor.d/tunables/proc file from a 10.04 machine because this
file was missing in my 12.04 installation.
