But, a cronjob still ships, and fails, so that I get lots of failing
cronjob reports.

Also, the package depends on elfutils.

If you build rpm using dpkg-buildpackage, debugedit builds as long as
libdwarf-dev is installed.
So, libdwarf-dev needs to be added as a build requirement.

I also ran into this. Installing Myth on breezy was a dream and I was
quite surprised to find that it didn't work out of the box on Dapper.
Seems like either upgrading to 0.19 or changing the deps to require 4.1
is a pretty simple/easy solution.
