OH, i got the SOLUTION of this error:
I changed my password to a really weak one. Only letters (like abcdefgh ..).
THIS works !!!
If I use my real very good password (like abcdef@ghi&jklmn ...) - this
doesn't work
There should be a problem with submitting a password with special
ch
also in this - i think right - order:

Affects to me too. To access my openvpn server additional to ca.crt, user.crt
and user.key username and password credentials have to be able to offer. Hope
there is a sloution in near time!

Tried out some things ...
Problem is resulting due to the dual-standy configuration of the BQ as you
explained. So its NOT a bug on the phone!
With my configuration to use Sim 2 for Data and Sim 1 for calling no calls can
be received as long as Sim 2 is managing

Sim 2 for using mobile internet (Provider: 3 AT; this Sim is a Data-Only Sim)
While activating Hotspot (using/sharing the internet using Sim 2) I cant
