Update: I have installed the newest Nvidia beta driver from Nvidia's web site and the problem went away. In order for this to be fixed, the newest beta Nvidia driver needs to be added to the repo. The newest driver also includes a fix for a security vulnerability as well (no CVE yet). Please add th
