Finally, I found a solution for this problem. We have to change the kernel boot
line and append a kernel argument:
pci=nomsi
And it will work on Ubuntu 8.04 and 8.10 alpha.

Started the PC with the 'quiet' and 'splash' removed, and the picture
was the output. If I remove the hard disk Ubuntu Intrepid Alpha 5 starts
normally.
