Host: Ubuntu 9.04 updated as of 12/August.
Guest: WinXP SP3.

Tried with pulseaudio and proper drivers (from XP's cd) installed on
guest. Sound output is working well. No sound issues on host.

I'm on Ubuntu 9.04, everything is updated.
Recently I enabled Vino (never used it before). Since then (but not
always), my cpu usage is always near 50%. Xorg had the most usage, but I
found that if I kill vino-server the cpu usage goes to usual values.
Like in comments #14 and #27.

i also have the same issue with SMC2862W-G EU (0707:EE13). in interprid
it worked out of the box, but lost connections very often and had to
reboot to solve it. also tried ndiswrapper+smc2862w driver (winxp). same
results.
now with a fresh and updated install of jaunty the issue remains, but
