Yes ,I have also this problem . DSL setting is accessible in GNOME ,but cannot connect under KDE environment . at first, I thought my Kubuntu Home disk space isn't enough ,but I understand there just a release problem . It isn't convenient for me switch between GNOME and KDE . I hope can solve
