This bug still exists on my system on Ubuntu 10.04 (Writer and Calc, see
attached screenshots).

USB barcode scanner (emulating keyboard) crashes with current kernel
After having updated Ubuntu 10.04 Beta1 (Lucid) with the
update-manager (490 Packages or so), now a
Fametech CCD-800-USB-M Barcode Reader (Tysso.com)
works as expected.
