The following bug fix fixed my issue.

I am attaching a patched shoutcast.so which seems to work for me.
Just copy it as root (or using sudo) to /usr/lib/streamtuner/

Dell 1505 laptop.
LX5 tilt left and right still not working. I am going back to default
setting for both mouse and keyboard (using generic setting in xorg). The
xev show no action for both left and right tilt.
1 left click
2 wheel click
3 right click
4 scroll up
5 scroll down
nothing

HD: Hitachi 60gig 7200 rpm
Dual boot with Window Media Home and Ubuntu 7.06.
On window boot, i have Partition Magic that has only worked one time when I
first make partition for ubuntu.
On ubuntu boot, i have QParte
