I've solved this issue:
1. Run "gconf-editor"
2. Go to “apps => empathy”
3. Make inactive “use_conn”
4. Reboot Empathy, now all works fine

So, i have 3g modem and sometimes use Network connection through modem.
If i connect to network using default network manager, then Empathy works fine,
but if I connect through Wvdial in terminal - then Empathy doesn't connect to
icq server and do
I suggest that something wrong or disabled in kernel. Because on Ubuntu
8.04 Ricoh cardreader worked perfect with my Memory stick adapter, but
in 8.10, 9,04, 9.10 - it doesn't work.

I use rhythmbox and movie player. I can't control my volume in ubuntu using
system-preferences-sound.Even if i turn off sound there - sound is still
working,but using alsamixer in terminal i can control it.
Oh, although i've installed Kaffeine some time ago and it plays music well,but

Problem is that music & video play faster then it should be. I launched
timer on mobile phone and launched audio file, after 8 seconds ubuntu
9.10 played 31 second of audio. With video files just the same problem.
My friend told me that this happens when we use bad hardware under
