I get the previously stated message "Insert a rewritable or blank disc"
when I attempt to use CD/DVD Creator to burn files, although any and all
CDR's I've put into the drive have all been new and blank.

I now be able to mount the usb + cdrom device, I had a bad configuration
of pam modules, sorry for this notification.
The avahi-daemon still has a problmes, this problem was notified here:

I update my personal PC from ubuntu 6.10 to ubuntu 7.04 today, when i reboot
the start process is lasted several moment (in ubuntu 6.10 was faster). When it
finish I reboot and I see that the network-manager process fails to startup.

I want to add that the users-admin program does not work correctly also
in Ubuntu 6.10. In fact I want delete a group, before added using this
tool, but the file /etc/group still has the information. I have had
change it manually.
