before, the vm downlaod speed outside is only 20k
after run ethtool --offload eth0 gro off
the br-ex is connect to eth0
the download speed is 105M/s.

the problem was cause by lack js.
I have to
cp -r /usr/share/pyshared/horizon/static/horizon/
/usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dash
the problem can be manual
I install phpmyadmin login ,delete the table in glance.

can you check what have modify in luicd of postfix-policyd?
I only find change from libmysqlclient15off in Karmic to
libmysqlclient16 in Luicd.
