having same problem as well but getting it not only when booting but

I was just now able to track down the VM causing the warnings to our
oracle virtual machine. The instant it was shut off the warnings stopped
in the virtual machine host. I've attached the XML for that machine

We had a virtual machine host which went unresponsive on April 4th (10
days ago). All of the hosted virtual machines were behaving correctly.

Ubuntu jaunty is very very slow here. I tracked down the problem to
missing DMA mode for the harddisc. The same system running Ubuntu 8.04
doesnt have problems enabling DMA transfer.

After working with this further, and after the ubuntuforums came back up
we discovered that by getting closer to the wireless router everything
would work fine. I guess this is a duplicate bug of the wireless card
sticking to high output setting even when far from router. This bug can
be closed.

Patch is uploaded now. Just needs some one in universe-main to approve
it. Built perfectly in an intrepid pbuilder.
I'm going to file a debian bug now and see if I can push it back to them
as well.

After looking in the source i found that hal's values are simply devided
by 150 to get the speed values. You mentioned that in #13. Sorry about
